The call for more diverse and inclusive work spaces and organizations is everywhere, and yet understanding how to implement diversity plans or inclusive spaces is much less tangible. We work with organizational partners to create experiential trainings and coaching sessions that address diversity and inclusion at the intersections of privilege, whiteness, race, ethnicity, gender, ability and sexuality. Whether you’re just starting to engage in these conversations, or if this is an ongoing commitment your team has, our framework supports us in tailoring customized offerings that meet your group or organization where you are and then challenge you to dig even deeper. Organizations can expect to learn durable frameworks that can be applied in a variety of contexts to questions of difference, equity, and inclusion.
workshops & Trainings
Expect high energy, individual and collective engagement, and the occasional celebratory high kick (Kathryn can’t help themself…). Workshop topics are customized to your organizational needs and developed in conversation with our clients. We ask that trainings are at least a minimum of 90 minutes—the magic happens when we all have enough time to dive into the work. We also offer half-day, full-day, and multi-day options for more in-depth trainings. Whether this is your initial foray into diversity and inclusion training, or you are training-the-trainers, we will meet you right where you are to move you forward.
COACHING
Our coaching sessions are designed for one-on-one or small groups. We work with you to identify areas where productive deviation from everyday practice can open space and possibility for more equitable and just work. Coaching sessions are designed to meet the specific needs of each of our clients and could cover formats such as weekly coaching, job shadowing, and policy writing / edits, train-the-trainer sessions, and leadership development in areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
